Basic Information

DROP OFF:
If you have questions, please call or text 218-270-4154 or email service@cybertekrepair.com. Systems dropped off typically have a turn-around time of 2 business days*. Repair times may be faster depending on the repair.  CyberTek Inc works on a "first in, first out" basis.  If you want your system prioritized there will be a $50 expedite fee charged that is non-refundable.
*If you drop off a system on Monday, CyberTek Inc. will strive to have a system returned to you Wednesday evening.
*If hardware is required the turn around time will be longer as we have to wait for parts.  CyberTek Inc will give updated repair times based on shipping.

PAYMENT TERMS: 
Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.  Computer parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered must be paid in advance. If hardware is required, an invoice will be sent with a request for hardware deposit.  CyberTek Inc., accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.

SYSTEM COMPLETION:
After system repairs are completed CyberTek Inc., technicians will contact you for pickup. We can deliver the finished repair for a fee of $10 if within Aitkin City Limit, $20 for up to 20 miles outside of Aitkin City limits, or $40 for up to 40 miles outside of Aitkin City Limits.

By allowing CyberTek Inc to work on your computer, there is acknowledgement to the terms of DROPOFF, PAYMENT, 
and SYSTEM COMPLETION.

Any trouble ticket submission is acknowledgement of these terms.
